After having redesigned the experience for signing up for a robo advisor account, I worked on aligning the experience for revising your strategy using the mobile app. This project was never implemented because the app was eventually sunsetted, but it made it through the process up to sharing the designs with development and product.

Sketching

I began this project by sketching ideas for the app, referring heavily to the designs I had created for the corresponding new account creation experience. I explored options for editing the strategy inline versus using a hub and spoke design. I went with the hub and spoke approach, allowing the user to easily access and revise the particular bits of information they want to while still having access to all of the information about each bit.

Sharing

For this project and many others, I created huge printouts of the designs and walked through them with product, development, and QA. This gave the team the opportunity to ask questions, express concerns, and share ideas, which were jotted on the printouts.
